Black Indie to perform!

Black Indie (aka Mikhail Laxton) is the headline act for the upcoming The Long Walk Women's Luncheon Melbourne on Friday 16 October. Black Indie was a contestant on the 2015 series of The Voice, capturing a spot in Team Madden with his performance of "My Island Home". We are very excited to announce his involvement with our Luncheon.  Also on the entertainment list is Uncle Herb Patten, gum leaf musician extraordinaire and Deb Clark, winner of a 2015 Reconciliation Week music award.

Keynote speaker will be Antoinette Braybrook, CEO of the Aboriginal Family Violence Prevention and Legal Service.  Guests will also hear from The Long Walk Chairperson, Leanne Brooke, and from our Principal Event Sponsor, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Limited tickets remain for this popular event! Hurry, book now!
